What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?
You can use your credit card to pay for Swaybase. The exception is with Swaybase Enterprise plans, which are invoiced annual agreements.
Our team has some accounts which are not being actively used, but which we don’t want to disable or remove. Do we still have to pay for them?
No, you only pay for the users who have been active during the billing period.
My team wants to cancel its subscription. How do we do that?
Admins can manage your subscription in Admin>Settings>Billing.
If you cancel your subscription, you'll be charged for the active users you've had so far in your billing period.
You can continue to publish new content as an admin, provided your workspace has 10 users or less. If you have more than 10 users, you'll keep access but won't be able to publish new content.
We do not offer refunds.
